Scope

These terms will govern use of MondoFans by fans and by creators, including subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, tips and payouts.

Commercial terms already fixed by the platform

Creators receive 80% of gross revenue attributable to their account; the platform retains 20% and absorbs payment processing fees out of its share.
Earnings become available for payout 7 days after capture, to cover chargebacks.
Creator accounts are reviewed and approved before they may publish.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling ends renewal and leaves access in place until the paid period expires.
Content purchased individually (pay-per-view) remains accessible after a subscription lapses.

Prohibited content

Content involving anyone under 18, non-consensual material, and content depicting a person who has not provided the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 is prohibited without exception and is removed on report.
